What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the government’s way of ensuring that members of the community living with a disability receive the right level of funding so that individualised support services and resources can be delivered to the person as necessary.

As a disability service provider, Enable WA’s comprehensive knowledge of funding means that we are perfectly positioned to assist new and existing clients with questions surrounding needs assessments, disability planning, individualised support and most importantly, how to get the absolute best form the opportunities provided through the NDIS.

Who is supported?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme supports those living with disabilities as well as their families and carers.

There are over 460,000 Australians under the age of 65 who will be supported by the NDIS. It gives many people with disabilities comfort and insurance so that they can be properly cared for.

Families and carers benefit from the NDIS as they are given the insurance that they can rely on the government. They are ensured and provided the means to properly care for their family members who suffer from significant or permanent disabilities.

Enable WA assists those in need and offers the support that many need in order to give people the comfort and freedom to support themselves and family.
